2. Please ensure your pet’s face is clear in the image. Only faces will be embroidered. The pet name cannot exceed 10 letters.
3. Please allow 2-3 weeks once your order has been placed for us to fulfill and ship your sweatshirt. Tracking will be sent once dispatched.
